Having learned from his own experience, Leo has built a health and fitness platform over the last decade and has helped hundreds of people build a body that they love, alongside improving their habits and behaviours so they can live a happier, healthier life.

Leo’s mission is to help as many people as possible, so that they don’t experience the same frustrations that he did for so many years.
